Orlando's 2 new roller coasters

A woodie and steel suspended coaster opened last week at Fun Spot on International Drive near Universal Studios.

Delta 4 twilight launch

After a few days of delays, the Delta 4 launch went off on time tonight at 8:29 PM. It wasn't dark enough yet to be considered a night launch, but it was still impressive!

Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin

Sea World's new attraction opened today. Waited 3.5 hours in the hot sun to get into the 30 degree attraction interior.

A great start to the holiday weekend

The Sunday Paper

Cisco enjoys the ads from the Sunday newspaper.

Terry and I and Mom and Dad took a ride on an airboat just a few minutes from our home at Lake Poinsett.    We Rode with Captain Rick Thrift at Grasshopper Airboat Ecotours.  Here is a quick video of how it feels during the high speed portions.

New finds

I picked up an antique "Huntress" statue for the Roman Pool area.

Backyard tour part 6

We finish off our tour with a few different angles of the "ship's prow" view balcony with the new "ship's sails" whirligig. David is enjoying the view!

The old outdoor bird cage has been repurposed as an orchid grow house. The stairs with the dragon guards will lead to a new gazebo planned for next year. And we just acquired a bank of 30 lockers for use during pool parties so everyone's personal stuff can be stored in one place rather than spread all over the yard and house.
